Construction Project Manager (Fit-Out Experience)Team Horizon is seeking a Construction Project Manager with Fit-Out experience for a leading construction company with projects in Dublin. This is a permanent position.Why you should apply:· They put their people first and live their diversity and inclusion values embracing all perspectives.· You enjoy working in a culture of learning and collaboration and making a positive impact.· The company has large focus on career development of their employees.What you will be doing:· Develop and update the master construction programme with the Contracts Manager and ensure your project meets key milestones.· Determine staff resources for your project and communicate effectively with your team.· Implement Safety System and establish an excellent safety culture on your project.· Manage project quality over the lifecycle and ensure build quality meets expectations.· Ensure project costs are managed and prelims / packages are tightly controlled.· Work with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives for your project.· Maintain positive relationships with the client team through concise project controls and reporting keeping them informed of all risks operationally and commercially including delays and potential claims.What you need to apply:· Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.· 10+ years construction experience with structural and civil building work and/or experience working on fit-out projects/interiors Demonstrated ability to plan & deliver a complex project.· Strong numeracy and report writing skills Ability to build & maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders.· Understands commercial realities; proposes cost-effective solutions.· Computer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package), CDE’s such as Procore, BIM 360 or similar.
