- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all project activities related to client products. This includes installation, commissioning, and certification, ensuring they align with global standards and meet customer satisfaction.
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, serving as the primary contact between customers and the client. Ensure effective communication and capture all business opportunities.
- Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all field service activities comply with regulations, policies, and procedures. Manage risk control elements and uphold safety and health obligations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and review data from field service activities to present to technical support or customers. Use this data to make informed decisions and improve processes.
- Process Management: Oversee the use of the client's processes and operating platforms for equipment installation and service. Identify and resolve any issues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Training Delivery: Deliver product training using global training packages. Ensure minimum standards are met and maintain records as part of a formal certification process.
- Software Management: Manage the setup and operation of software products and monitoring platforms related to the client's products.
- Team Management: Manage the performance, training, and development of the field service install team. Ensure adherence to best practices and promote continuous improvement in all activities.
