This a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a vital role within a HR function and be at the forefront of supporting the business. Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain payroll data integrity and handle HR queries promptly.
Collaborate with stakeholders on wage agreements and system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with company standards and support audits.
Manage Time & Attendance System and leave balances.
Support HR initiatives and contribute to projects.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

IPASS Qualification OR previous payroll experience is beneficial.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.
