Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Teach customers how to properly use their devices and software
  • Ensure proper recording and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify and suggest additional products or services that may benefit customers
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, L1
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated customers
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts and protocols
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Customer service experience is a plus
