Digital Marketing roles - German speakers

• Manage a high volume of accounts both new and existing.
• Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
• Gain an understanding of our partners business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed

• Take responsibility for the growth and optimisation of an existing book of business, working alongside an Agency Account Manager to drive success to our High priority Digital Marketing Agencies.
• Manage an ever-growing book of Business to achieve a revenue target Quarter after Quarter by using Pinterest's core products as leverage for growth of advertisers and brands on the platform.
• Analyze and track performance for advertisers to provide further insight and detail to our Agency partners to show our value and support to them.

• Work with businesses and brands that have already started advertising on the platform to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create the right marketing plan
• Gain an in depth understanding of partners business goals in your niche market, offering educated insights to help them to succeed
• Build and maintain a book of business, developing and growing long term relationships as the 'face' and first point of contact for your clients

• Manage a number of Digital Marketing Agency relationships both new and existing to support.
• Advertisers working with these Agencies to be successful on the Pinterest platform.
• Develop New Agency Business in your specific market, prospecting, pitching and creating and establishing business relationships to drive success for the client

• Be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend German language
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in Digital Marketing managing campaigns in any online ad platform
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience interfacing with clients

• Salary: 33k base + up to 15k Performance bonus
