Digital Designer - Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

- Create industry-appropriate designs that are current, visually appealing, and highly effective in communicating information to our target audience
- Create UX and UI wireframes and mock-ups on Figma and communicate them effectively to the team and/or upper management
- Use WordPress and HubSpot to execute website updates and edits, and liaise closely with our developer to communicate new or updated UX/UI designs
- Observe and closely follow existing brand guidelines across all design outputs and maintain a high level of digital assets management
- Implement and maintain visual consistency and quality across all company assets, including assets for print, web, editorial, video, social, email, and internal & external comms.
- Work with team members to deliver supporting assets for video production, ads, and social media where requested
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a digital designer or similar role
- A strong, recent portfolio showcasing relevant design skills and project work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CC) (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Libraries)
- Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot & Figma
- UX & UI design skills are highly desirable
- Thorough understanding of graphic, print and web design principles
- Attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other roles
- Familiarity with maintaining creative project management and workflow processes and tools such as Monday.com
