Pastry Chef - Munster 5* Luxury Hotel - Fine Dining RestaurantOur client, a fabulous Luxury 5* Hotel in Munster is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join their dynamic team. The Pastry Chef is responsible to support and assist the Executive Chef by overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations in the pastry section, including training, supervising staff, and monitoring food quality. You should be a hands-on proactive Pastry Chef capable of leading and motivating a small team of Chefs to excel and exceed in the delivery of exceptional food whilst maintaining consistency. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in a similar role within a Michelin Star or 2/3 AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant or 5* Hotel. Accommodation AvailableThe Candidate:

Must have a valid Work Visa or Right to Work in Ireland
Previous experience in a similar position and background ideally in 4* or 5* Hotels or Michelin Star standard Fine Dining Restaurants
A Team Player and an innovative approach to food
Should excel and exceed in the delivery of exceptional food whilst maintaining consistency.
Be an ambitious person responsible for creating an environment that promotes employee morale and encourages the team to have pride and commitment in their work.
Excellent Communication, Organisational and Leadership Skills
