Inizio is seeking a Sustainability Reporting Analyst to support the Head of ESG by focusing on the meticulous collection, analysis and reporting of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data in preparation for upcoming ESG regulations, specifically ISSB, CSRD and EU Taxonomy. As Reporting Analyst you will work closely with the Head of ESG and other senior management and relevant functions across the Group to ensure transparent and accurate reporting, identify areas of enhancement and contribute to the Group's overarching ESG strategy.This permanent role is based in our headquarters in Citywest, Dublin 24 with a hybrid split of 2 days in the office.   • Develop the necessary processes, including collaboration with key stakeholders, to prepare for robust and accurate reporting against CSRD, IFRS S1 and S2 and the EU Taxonomy.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive ESG reports encompassing support for Inizio's annual sustainability report, ESG rating submissions (including to EcoVadis and the SBTi) and other regulatory filings.
  • Support the development of a supply chain sustainability program across Inizio. Engage with vendor management processes and relevant stakeholders to implement and monitor key suppliers' sustainability performance.
  • Work with colleagues from across the business to increase awareness of sustainability issues, ambitions and work closely with the Head of ESG to identify actions and projects that can expediate Inizio's transition to net zero and the achievement of our science-based targets.
  • Prepare, analyse and summarise updates through reports and bulletins for use by the Head of ESG and key partners, including the Executive team and Board.
What do you bring to the Role?
  • 3 years' experience within a sustainability focused role.
  • The ability to prepare, analyse and summarise ESG legislation updates through reports and bulletins for use by the Head of ESG and Board.
  • Experience of translating difficult concepts into succinct summaries for a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Skilled in writing board reports, presentations and formal guidance documentation with a keen eye for detail. .
  • Proactive self-starter, ability to thrive independently, to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
