We have a dedicated and committed trustee team of qualified professionals who have a wealth of experience in providing high quality trustee services to pension schemes in Ireland, including Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and Master Trusts.We wish to recruit a Trustee AdministratorThe ideal candidate will have at a minimum 2-3 years’ experience of the administration of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit pension schemes and an understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions legislation and regulatory environment.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring of pension schemes to ensure compliance and legislative deadlines are met in line with obligations and duties of professional trustees.Preparation for trustee meetings and monitoring follow up tasks.Support to trustee consultants.Dealing with enquiries from client companies and scheme members.Reviewing member claims and reports for trustee authorisations.Skills & Education:Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when meeting deadlines.Very good communication skills, oral and written.Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.Capable and confident multi-tasker with very strong work ethic.Progress to a QPT, QFA or IIPM qualification.
