Hireforce is delighted to be working with a very successful Irish Manufacturing Company. This client is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance function. This role will have interaction with management at all levels and will offer exposure to a variety of tasks involving financial and management accounting, and budgeting.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of Weekly Accounts and KPI's for Senior management
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
Ongoing review and reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts
Variance Analysis reporting against budget and standards
Liaise directly with external auditors as part of year-end audit
Preparation of Budgets
Provide support to clients and group finance team
Continuous Improvement, work closely with client's management team to support a culture of continuous and operational improvement
Coordination of periodic and year-end stocktakes

Qualifications Required:

Have a recognised accountancy qualification
Be proficient in Excel
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
Have excellent communication skills
