Purpose of this PositionAs a Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind our BPM solution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to create a world-class product. Your technical background and experience with workflow solutions will be crucial in understanding user needs and translating them into actionable features.Job Functions:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision for our BPM software. Develop a strategic roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Workflow Design and Innovation: Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to create intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing workflow designs. Champion innovation by exploring novel approaches to process automation and optimization.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background to understand the intricacies of BPM systems. Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural guidelines.
  • User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyse data to inform product decisions. Advocate for a delightful user experience, ensuring that our BPM solution simplifies complex tasks.
  • No-Code Interface: Drive the development of a graphical, no-code interface for workflow customization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights and align product features with market demands.
  • Product Delivery: Prioritize features, create detailed specifications, and work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality releases. Monitor product performance, iterate, and continuously improve based on user feedback.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in BPM or workflow software.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and enhancing software products.
  • Familiarity with BPM concepts, process modelling, and workflow automation.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hold a valid EU work visa.
