Accounts Assistant (Part-Time)

- Understand the flow of funds from Teller to Financial Accounts
- Understand the flow of funds from Automated Transactions to Financial Accounts
- Bank Reconciliations: Will need to be able to complete Bank Reconciliations for all working bank accounts on a Monthly Basis
- Make Bank Lodgements
- Pay Invoices and also deal with unpaid cheques / invoices
- Manage Cash Balances
- Any other items which will be part of preparation of Bank Reconciliations on a Monthly Basis
- The Accounts Assistant may also need to report to the Finance Manager or the C.E.O. as the need arises
- Accounts experience is desirable
- ATI qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 2/3 years accounts experience
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong leadership and communication Skills
- Previous experience of bank reconciliations desirable
- Previous experience of Payroll and Pension Administration desirable
- Attention to detail essential
