Career Vision Recruiters Dental currently have a opportunities for qualified registered Dental Hygienists to join a dental practice in Ballina Co Mayo where our client is actively looking to fill a full time position's, for general, multi-disciplinary, dental clinics on either permanent or fixed term contracts treating fully private patients, PRSI, Good appointment time ratio with your patients Busy appointment books and active waiting lists. High quality equipment and instruments, e.g Cavitron, Airflow and digital x rays . Responsibilities provides oral healthcare advice and procedures such as scaling, polishing, placement of fissure sealants, taking of radiographs and administering of local anaesthetic. Providing dental hygiene care within your scope of practice Helping patients maintain their oral health by preventing and treating periodontal disease Educating patients and promoting good oral health practices Providing preventative care and advice to patients Organising and participating in unit health fairs and national oral health campaigns Delivering oral health care and advice Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English proficiency Qualifications Recognised Dental Hygiene qualification. Candidates must be on Register of Dental Hygienists with The Dental Council Rate €25 - €35 per hour.
