- Experienced Accounts Administrator / experienced Bookkeeper
- Possess high levels of attention to detail
- Maintenance of the Debtors and Creditors
- Maintaining the posting of purchase and sales invoices
- Maintaining the bank postings and completing bank reconciliations
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting the Financial Controller in preparing monthly / annual accounts
- Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required
- Proven experience as a senior bookkeeper or similar role
- Property or construction experience desired
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Sage) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
