Grade: Level 2Hiring Manager: Carol Anne KennedyLocation: WaterfordJob type: Permanent, Full timeAbout the jobAs a QC Team Leader you will take responsibility for the day to day operation of our QC Stability and Compliance team while also working with QC Management and fellow Team Leaders to devise a strategy for the optimisation of safety, compliance and operational excellence within the QC laboratories.Our Team in Waterford:For more than 20 years, our Waterford team has continued to grow and diversify to serve patients around the world. Ensure that all activities within the laboratory are conducted in compliance with Sanofi safety & regulatory standards
Lead stability strategies onsite
Provide stability and compliance expertise and support to all departments
Support and Develop team members to ensure that they achieve their potential
Promote and Support Continuous Improvement activities to position your team for future challenges
Lead and support stability requirements associated with new product launches and product transfers through engagement with the project team

About youExperience:

At least 5 years of experience QC/QA roles
Experience of stability program management
Leadership experience preferred

Soft skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Accuracy and attention to detail

Technical skills:

Extensive knowledge of cGMP and GDP in a regulated environment
Working knowledge of quality systems in a regulated environment
Excellent technical review/writing skills
Continuous improvement techniques

Education:

Honours Degree in a relevant Science discipline
