Job Title: Insurance Sales AgentLocation: South DublinHybrid Working Model + Competitive Base Salary + Monthly Bonus up to €1,000.Abrivia are currently recruiting for an Insurance Sales Agent to join our client, a leading Insurance Group, in their South Dublin office. This role is well suited to individuals who are highly motivated, passionate about sales, and keen to further develop their skills in the insurance industry.If you thrive in a collaborative, target-driven environment and aspire to seize numerous career development opportunities, this is the place for you to grow and excel!Your Role:

Promoting the sale of personal insurance products to new customers.
Managing leads, generating quotations, and establishing new business policies with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Recognising opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Ensuring all data is kept up to date on applied relay systems.
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Building rapport with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Skills:

APA qualification or working towards same.
Minimum 1 year experience in an Insurance/Sales role.
Applied Relay knowledge is highly advantageous.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
