- Run and optmize OTA campaigns.
- Run online benchmark for content, offers, pricing.
- Content updates across channels and listings.
- Review the results of all campaigns.
- Action Social media posting.
- Action PPC and SEO Campaigns.
- Review social media performance, website performance and optimize online campaigns accordingly.
- Management of Revinate system.
- Perform content audits.
- Increase online sales – retail, vouchers, rooms, F&B, golf , spa.
- Build the CRM calendar and send newsletters and analyse their performance.
- A relevant third level qualification.
- Minimum one year - two years experience in similar role within hospitality sector.
- Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and use own initiative.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- Flexible in approach to job role and working day.
- Strong administrative background with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
