This busy Real Estate team is looking for an energetic Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their successful team. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary with 1-2 years in a small firm to gain experience and training in a larger firm environment.This role is not suitable for candidates pursuing, or considering pursuing, FE1 exams.This team is very well established and has an impressive client list, so are looking for someone who has a happy to help nature, who is hard working and wants to grow their career as a legal secretary. You will be reporting directly to two Solicitors who have a wealth of knowledge to share and will be able to assist with your training in this role.This City Centre firm offers support and Learning and Development opportunities, so you can build your skill set and focus on your team!Your standard responsibilities day to day will start with PA/Secretarial and Administration duties that include;

creating files,
photocopying and preparing legal files,
court filing,
scanning documents,
open and closing files,
audio typing,
diary management and general administration as required.
