Real Estate Lawyer – DublinA superb opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join the Real Estate Group of a top tier law firm in Dublin.This position offers the opportunity to work on one of the leading real estate teams in the country, where there is excellent support and a broad diversity of work and clients. The team are highly collegiate and there is excellent professional training to support continued career development.The Role
You will be part of a team working on innovative deals at the leading edge of real estate practice. You will have an opportunity to work on the full range of practice areas, including:

Acting for clients (Irish and international) on the purchase, sale, letting and financing of commercial real estate.
Collaborating with colleagues in construction, energy, planning and environment, finance, funds and tax.
Advising on newer asset classes in sectors such as student accommodation, private rented sector (PRS) and health care.
Working as part of wider teams within the firm on significant projects in the green energy space.

The Person

Qualified solicitor, NQ-4 years PQE in Ireland, England or Wales
Solid experience in commercial real estate
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A team player attitude

Have an excellent academic background
