We are looking for an Engineering Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and achieving production goals. As the Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of operations, overseeing all aspects of production to ensure seamless efficiency and top-notch quality.   • Develop and implement staffing plans to meet production demands, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive success.
  • Mentor and develop team members through training and performance reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Provide guidance and direction to supervisors and skilled staff, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate new products and processes into our manufacturing operations, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Drive cost-effective solutions and resource utilization, contributing to the development and monitoring of departmental budgets.
  • Lead validation activities, providing input and oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What the ideal candidate looks like:·
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
