Tuesday to Saturday (9-5.30pm with flexibility)

Our client, a prestigious health and beauty business are seeking an experienced Manager to work manage all customer facing activities, including answering calls, greeting customers, managing bookings, handling mails, and supporting management of social media platforms.You will need to adept to multitask in a high-pressure environment, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Greeting customers as they arrive and providing assistance or guidance as needed.
Managing bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
Handling incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and deliveries.
Maintaining and updating social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our services.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Resolving customer complaints or issues effectively and in a timely manner.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the business.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computers.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday
