For further information visit the .The School of Business and Management seeks to appoint a professor to join the Accounting and Financial Management Department.This full-time position has two elements: Professor of Accounting (full-time, permanent) and Head of the Accounting and Financial Management Department (three years with the opportunity for renewal for one year).As a Professor of Accounting, you will contribute across the Research and Teaching areas as detailed below. As a department, we are committed to multidisciplinary and responsible research in accounting that engages with contemporary debates in policy, business, and society.As Head of Department, you will be an active member of the School Executive Board and will provide strategic leadership to members of the Department, ensuring that the work of the Department is aligned with the aims and strategy of the School of Business and Management.ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXTThe School of Business and Management is an AACSB accredited School - part of an exclusive group of less than 6% of the world's business schools.
