- Lead and manage select social media campaigns and accounts within the brands portfolio, adhering to a content scheduling plan.
- Assist with content capturing throughout the collection, working with both external photographers and videographers and internally with the marketing team’s own content capturing methods.
- Bring fresh ideas for social and digital campaigns to the team, to elevate and grow distinct brands within the portfolio.
- Compile and send e-zines on a regular basis and in-line with the individual brands’ guidelines through Revinate.
- Work closely with the food and beverage teams on site to design and deliver menus across our bar and restaurant outlets.
- Update, modify and continuously monitor select websites and booking engines throughout the collection to ensure consistency with key marketing objectives and business needs.
- Assist with implementing a calendar of events throughout the year and identify different event opportunities to generate brand awareness and engagement.
- Devise and implement marketing campaigns that generate engagement with the businesses and increase bookings and brand awareness.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Ensure brand compliance across the group, continuing to elevate the various brands and establishing the vision, key message, identity, and strategy.
- Assist with the design of marketing collateral across the group including print adverts, brochures, digital communications etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new ways to attract customers and implement marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity and trends.
- Other general ad hoc duties as required.
- 1 - 2 + years’ experience in a similar marketing position is essential.
- Self-motivated and driven with the ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
- Be creative and able to take a concept through to delivery and results.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite (Facebook/instagram) and LinkedIn is essential.
- Possess solid digital advertising knowledge; PPC, social media advertising.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends in correspondence with business needs.
- Experience working within the hospitality industry is strongly desired.
