- Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that all sales-related activities support the company’s business goals.
- Data Management and Analytics: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of sales data to identify trends and forecast sales performance. Use insights to make informed strategic decisions and recommendations.
- Technology Management: Evaluate, select, and manage tools and technologies used by the sales team, such as CRM systems and sales automation tools, to ensure they are optimal for achieving business goals.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide insights into sales metrics, performance against targets, and areas for improvement.
- Sales Strategy: Inform and support the refinement sales strategies based on analytical insights and industry trends to drive revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and maximize customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Training and Development: Develop training materials and programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. Ensure all team members are proficient in using sales tools and technologies.
- Leadership: Provide leadership in the sales operations space and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and increasing revenue in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on both a tactical and strategic level.
