As a Part Qualified Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing clients on a daily basis, addressing their accounting and financial requirements.You will work as part of a team of professionals dedicated to delivering the highest quality of service to all clients. Preparation of financial statements and reporting will constitute a significant portion of your day-to-day responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and demonstrate proficiency in working with numbers with meticulous attention to detail.Salary: €35 to €45K DOEResponsibilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure accurate recording of all business transactions.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts payable records and conduct reconciliations.
- Assist in processing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements in compliance with legal and company accounting guidelines.
- Support the review of expenses, payroll records, and other financial documentation as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data in databases for immediate availability when required.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly accounts.
- Collaborate on other accounting projects as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in working with numbers and figures.
- Must have practice experience – minimum 1 year
- Analytical acumen to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and familiarity with relevant accounting software (e.g., SAGE).
- Pursuing relevant qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA
