- You will be assigned to a geographic territory or vertical market and drive brand and product awareness through regular email and call campaigns.
- Talking and Listening - You will manage outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on what the company has to offer and gain insight into their business needs.
- Working with the Account Executive to create strategies and tactics on how to maximise success.
- Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Developing growth strategies and plans.
- Creating and following leads by calling and qualifying.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Increasing and growing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- You will use inbound selling strategies to find new businesses and help them grow the company's product.
- You benefit from inbound leads and partner with SDRs/BDRs to research prospects and create outreach strategies.
- You run online demos of the company's software and successfully sell the value proposition.
- Your target clients are completely up to you; you can focus either on small, medium, or large corporate businesses.
- You will ensure that new and existing customers are onboarded in a smooth and elegant fashion, that they are receiving all the tools and support they need.
- You identify creative opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell different company products and services
- Create customer loyalty, encourage customer retention and renewal of contracts
- Work together with the Support team to advise and suggest ways of improving service and minimise technical issues
- Bilingual fluency in English and one of the required languages: German (Deutsch) or Dutch (Nederlands) French (Francais) or Danish (Dansk) or Norwegian (Norsk) or Swedish (Svenska) or Finnish (Suomi)
- Experience dealing with customers
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree or a Third level education (not a dealbreaker for most positions)
- A commitment to relocate to Dublin for the right opportunity and live and work in Ireland for 6 months or more
