There is a growing R&D operation being developed here due to the introduction of three new products. An opportunity has arisen for a Laboratory Technician to join this dynamic R&D team developing novel immunoassays.You will coordinate with other teams while also being an individual contributor to various project developments. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of laboratory experiments, upkeeping data records, analysing experimental data, and drawing conclusions from this information.The PositionResponsibilities of the Laboratory Technician include:Support assay execution in biosafety level 3 environment.Develop and maintain documents for the Design History File.Collaborate on drafting and submitting protocols for testing and data analysis.Prepare reports and deliver presentations internally; share knowledge with the team.Set up Centre of Excellence R&D lab, including authoring SOPs, equipment procurement, and maintenance documentation.Author and review operating procedures and related documentation.Ensure safe work practices and behaviour.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and QMS.Adhere to EHS laws and technical standards.The PersonScience-related degree or equivalent experience.18+ months of relevant industrial experience.Willing to learn and adapt to serological test design.Adaptable to changing priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Strong analytic skills with an understanding of statistics.Collaborative communication style.Proficient in technical writing and data presentation.To discover more about this opportunity, apply now or contact Treasa Prior in HRM Search Partners at +353 87 3983226 for a confidential discussion.
