- Build capability within the operations teams to improve processes using cutting-edge loss elimination tools.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for targeted improvement projects.
- Drive breakthrough cost and waste elimination initiatives to achieve cost savings targets.
- Collaborate with technology vendors to explore and implement innovative solutions.
- Lead and participate in validations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Improve and maintain safety standards and product quality across operations.
- Report directly to Operations leaders and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices in operations technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the organization.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Mastery in operations technologies and proven experience in manufacturing environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to drive results.
- High level of computer literacy, with programming experience being advantageous.
- Exposure to validations, either running or leading them.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with extensive experience in problem-solving.
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
