This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong technical background and project management expertise, to really effect change and work in a team where decisions can be made quickly.ABOUT THE ROLEKey Responsibilities:
  • Opportunity to plan, execute, and oversee capital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Oversight of project resources effectively, including budget allocation, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development and design to implementation and commissioning.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure necessary resources and services for capital projects.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, optimization strategies, and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners, to ensure alignment of capital projects with organizational goals and priorities. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, emphasizing strong people retention and development.
ABOUT THE PERSON:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in capital project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery and achievement of key performance indicators.
