- Work will involve General House Construction from Green Field Sites to completion.
- Capable of working on own initiative
- Attention to detail essential.
- Ability to work on his or her own initiative
- Self Motivated and problem solving essential.
- Own Tools desirable but not essential
- Available to travel nationwide for various projects if required
- Own transport desirable but not essential. Clean Driving licence
- Location of Work will be mainly north Tipperary but may extend beyond Tipperary
