Air Liquide Healthcare Ireland has over 30 years experience and specialises in treating and monitoring respiratory diseases in the patient's home supporting multiple therapies:Home OxygenNebulisersVentilationsSleepWe currently provide such therapies to over 10,000 patients across Ireland (combined private and public healthcare). Our field based operations team consist of Healthcare Technicians and Patient Care & Sales Specialists, who ensure that our patients receive the support that they need whilst using our equipment. From installation, training on how to use equipment, servicing and removal.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Full Time - Customer Care Compliance AgentWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Agent to join the team at our site in Stratus house Blanchardstown Reporting to the Administration Manager.The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deliver exceptional homecare services to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday with occasional work on Saturdays also within scope.Applicants with previous experience in the healthcare industry is desirable.Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.Responsibilities & Duties to include:· Call handling to new service users to ensure compliance with hospital prescribed therapies.·Liaise and coordinate with internal and external contacts to resolve daily delivery issues· Processing tasks for field staff onto our bespoke database· Ensuring all service levels and targets are achieved daily·Preparation of Cloud based reports for patients and consultants· Any other ad-hoc office administration duties that may ariseAre you a MATCH?Ideally candidates will have the following attributes:· Customer focused· Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail· Ability to prioritise workloadExperience in reading and preparing cloud based reports· Flexible approach to all areas of the role· Strong communication and organisational skills· Proficient using Microsoft Word & Excel.· Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics systems desirable· Some clinical experience is desirableSuccessful candidates will receive comprehensive training on our services, products and systems.Our Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
