Credit Control Team Lead required for Ballinasloe Financial Services organisation with very strong experience in credit control, and team management experience. Managing a team of 4. Must be QFA qualified. Hybrid.Reports to: CFOKey Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Credit Control:

Implement credit control policies and procedures.
Monitor and support the management of credit risk exposure.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance and credit control functions.
Implement efficiency measures to streamline workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, risk management, compliance, and operations, to achieve overall organisational goals.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
3rd Level Business Degree in a Finance related field
Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role
Proven experience credit control experience coming from a financial services background.
Proven people management skills.
Strong understanding of financial operations and regulatory requirements.
Strong IT skills particularly Excel
