- Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA)
- 3rd Level Business Degree in a Finance related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role
- Proven experience credit control experience coming from a financial services background.
- Proven people management skills.
- Strong understanding of financial operations and regulatory requirements.
- Strong IT skills particularly Excel
