Their workforce is from over 30 different countries with 19 working languages, we give on-going training to provide you with the tools to be successful.Job DescriptionWe have a fantastic new opportunity available in Ireland for a fluent Finnish speaker to join an international sales team. You will represent a company specialising in promotional products where you will be the first point of contact for the Finnish business market.Your interaction with your existing clients is done via phone and email - both in and outbound - and part of your responsibility is to recommend products, informing your clients on promotional offers, creating and revising quotes and processing orders. Upselling and cross selling are part of your daily tasks as well.Job requirementsCustomer Service experience desired, but not essential as we provide extensive paid trainingRemain Professional under pressureStrong communication and computer skillsSelf-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive personalityBe open and coachable, be persistent and a good team playerFluent in Finnish and EnglishBenefits
