Record To Report (RTR) - Global Process LeadMy client, a global health diagnostics organisation, seeks to hire a new Record To Report (R2R) Global Process Lead. Reporting to the Record To Report (R2R) Global Process Manager, you will be responsible for stewardship of the global template. This will involve multiple project interactions macros EMEA, US & APAC. Examples of projects are ERP implementation, testing, finance balance migration, business process standardisation and more. This will suit a fully qualified accountant with extensive GL experience within a shared service environment. This is initially a 12-month contract via Cpl. From May '24, the role will be based 4 days on site in Galway City East. International travel will be required throughout the year to locations such as Nordics, South Korea, China, Philippines, with each trip being no longer than 2 weeks. This is an exciting, fast paced mutli-faceted role where you can grow both your career, technical and project experience.RESPONSIBILITIES· Support Regional/Local RTR workstreams on improvements, processes and system decisions utilizing global standards.· Support end to end design and implementation of solution and delivery method of tools.· Partner and support Global Process manager and wider team to drive necessary business decisions and process adoption.· Support delivery of project objectives including change management, UAT, training and all applicable milestones.· Responsible to ensure compliance is maintained with the corporate policy and all applicable internal control regulations as they relate to Record to Report processes.· Promotes a Global perspective for RTR.· Support the design, build, and documentations to ensure they are consistent with effective integration and communication across RTR.REQUIREMENTS· Accounting Qualification - ACA, ACCA, CIMA· 5+ years relevant Finance General Ledger experience - preferably with Shared Service Centre and multinational corporation background· SAP experience is essential - (SAP ECC 6.0. Systems is a distinct advantage)· Experience in dealing with multiple foreign currencies for financial reporting is an advantage.· Preferably 1-2 years of project exposure.· Able to work alone to understand and summarise financial data into high quality, accurate and usable summaries.· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.· Strong computer skills especially MS Office· Travel is a requirement for this role.For more information, please contact#CplGalCommercial24#LI-PKCABC
