Regional Marketing Manager

- Successfully plan, manage, implement, and analyze marketing programs - quarterly plans, manage budgets and drive campaign ROI
- Work with regional & global marketing teams to ensure holistic marketing plan deployed across territories
- Optimize and execute regional sales play strategy and report on engagement
- Work with regional sales and marketing teams on localized content
- Report on pipe create by activity, rep, and lead at regional level
- Actively monitor and optimize campaigns & activity
- Assist in execution of regional events including webinars, SWUG (SolarWinds User Group), industry events etc.
- Work with channel partners on enablement, solution awareness, demand generation, sales promotion, incentive, and software trial in the region through channel partner MDF programs
- Manage local marketing budget, ensure campaign hygiene in Salesforce, and hold regular review(s) with manager(s) including sales team
- Multi-Channel/Multi Product Optimization and Budget Optimization Across Channels
- Document processes & standardize motions across multiple sub-territories in EMEA
- Introduce business efficiencies into operational motions
- Create recurring flywheel motions focused on driving growth
- Ideal candidates must be able to build trusting relationships at multiple levels in the organization
- Understanding and experience of channel and digital marketing within the full marketing mix is essential
- Experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upsell and cross sell of products both through the channel and to an existing customer base
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to measure KPIs
- An understanding of domestic and international business operations, including regional nuances
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes to meet aggressive deadlines
- Detail orientated and ability to prioritize work and clearly communicate
- Must be hands-on with all facets of job with ability to think tactically
- Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independently
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environment
- A can-do, high-energy spirit and ability to navigate in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to plan and deliver campaigns and tactical programs to large accounts that generate sales pipeline
- Good understanding of channel partner ecosystem with strong comprehension of regional and local market
- Experience working in IT software industry, matrixed and/or global organizations, B2B GTM processes, and tactics across the region
- Strong team player; assisting less-experienced team members in prioritization of projects and tasks
- Understands and applies business model when making decisions
- Works to reduce friction between cross functional teams, ability to impact execution and schedules
- Channel Marketing Experience/Background
- 5-8 years of marketing experience in a multi-national environment, including hands-on experience with reporting, sales and marketing automation systems such as Salesforce, Tableau and Marketo
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA or Master degree is a plus
- Open to travel
