- Lead and manage a challenging, evolving and varied client portfolio for corporate tax compliance
- Assist with the management and delivery of compliance services to ensure optimal resource scheduling and process efficiency that exploits current technologies to maximum potential
- Proactive management of a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.
- Embrace the digital evolution in the business to drive process excellence through continuous improvement, leveraging latest tools/digital automation
- Motivate your team to perform at their best, make a difference and deliver results, while providing mentorship and guidance allowing them to stretch to their full potential
- Work on attracting, developing and retaining the best talents for the firm
- Contribute to business development and proposals for new compliance business
- Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.
- AITI / CTA qualified (or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ tax experience.
- Strong leadership skills and a proven record in building a team with the capacity and capability to deliver.
- Excellent delegation skills and the ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
- Strong organisation and planning capabilities a
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent business development and relationship management skills, while still maintaining the ability to take direction from Tax Partners and clients.
