  • In this role, you will be managing the tracking and completion of shipments through TMM ERP system
  • Creating and managing shipping line orders from OEM or Consolidated Gas/Chemical points and updating the TMM ERP system
  • You will be scheduling of incoming deliveries and outgoing returns with offsite warehouse ensuring all functions perform as per agreement
  • In addition, you will be working closely with TMM Supply Chain Manager highlighting any delays within the supply chain
  • Managing all customs entries and work closely with delegated Freight Clearance provider
  • Furthermore, you will act as a point of contact for all of the shipping line and consolidated warehouse activities for your managed lane
  • You will ensure all related supplier invoices are resolved in your area
  • This role will be ensuring we are compliant and highlight immediately any concerns around potential Quality or Safety issues
  • As part of this role flexibility is required in order to work extended hours when required to provide continuous TMM freight support, with the occasional outside of office hours
What makes you great
  • You have experience working in freight forwarding and a good knowledge of ocean and air freight
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel using formulae
  • In addition, you have knowledge of the requirements relating to the transportation of dangerous goods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • You have strong analytical & problem solving abilities
  • You can demonstrate a high level of personal integrity
