Follow @abbvie on , , , and .Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CRM Specialist / Analyst to join our commercial affiliate team in Citywest, Dublin. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. This position reports to the Customer Excellence Director. The CRM Specialist is an individual with strong experience in Customer Relationship Management platforms, is analytical with the experience to explain technical and analytical information with clarity to senior managers and the experience to use data to create stories that clearly explain marketing activity performance and user behaviour trends.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-user administration of key head office and In-Field team (IFT) platforms solutions such as, Veeva CRM
  • Provide day-to-day operation support, this includes troubleshooting, triage, problem-solving, and escalate issues and incidents to relevant support channels such as downstream data to analytics team, global technical support. Deliver high quality and timely support to users
  • Develop, optimize, and implement and govern sales tools such as Veeva, Segmentations, Cycle Planning, Product set up, Adoption Ladder, Customer Profiling, Territory Alignment, Customer Engagement Plans.
  • Working with the Data and Digital team to ensure the optimal flow of information and content between platforms with the expertise to translate data into actionable insights for commercial & marketing teams. Pro-actively track & report on IFT performance and develop IFT effectiveness KPIs.
  • In line with defined roadmaps, lead, develop and launch new capabilities and communication with stakeholders to enhance use and importance of customer data and associated systems and technology. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met and fit for purpose.
  • Define and perform data quality analysis; Identifying data quality issues and providing potential solutions to resolve them.
QualificationsQualifications
  • Business, degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Data, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with digital data preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Veeva certification is an advantage
  • Strong expertise and knowledge of CRM platforms and technologies such as Veeva CRM, Salesforce marketing cloud. Territory Management knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Experience leading multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of CRM configuration and data stewardship with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Understand business flow of information in systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Ability to evolve and adapt within a continuously changing environment
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate large number of projects at the same time.
