- Facilitate stock allocation and release processes.

- Generate necessary Customs Clearance Documents as required.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand and manage their needs and expectations on a daily basis.
- Provide coordination and support for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with account managers and team members.
- Previous experience in a customer focused position
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills.
- Familiarity with ERP software
- Knowledge of customer clearance procedures and international trade compliance certification is preferred.
