- End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases.
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
- Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products
- As Is and To Be process mapping
- Business case writing experience is highly desirable
- Significant experience in Business Analysis, with a track record in large scale change and/or technology programmes/projects
- Able to produce business process maps and other functional and business-facing documentation to a very high standard
- Excellent communicator with experience of managing relationships with a range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
- Skilled communication bridge between IT and the business stakeholders, representing business challenges and requirements clearly to technical resources and relevant points of technical designs and constraints to business resources
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall/traditional methodologies
- Pragmatic and results orientated
