- At least 4 years experience in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
- The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
- A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
- The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
- Be committed to the team
- Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
