Location: Dundalk, IrelandOverview of Role:As a Leadership Development Coach, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the leadership capabilities of individuals within our organization. You will work closely with leaders and managers at various levels to provide coaching, guidance, and support aimed at improving their leadership skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and achieving organizational goals.What You'll Do:Leadership Coaching:
- Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders and managers to help them identify and address their specific leadership challenges.
- Use various coaching techniques to promote self-awareness, personal growth, and leadership development.
- Help leaders set clear goals and create action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve their performance and effectiveness in their roles.
- Identify areas for skill development and provide tailored guidance and resources.
- Assist in developing strategies to overcome leadership obstacles.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to gauge leadership competencies and areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to leaders based on assessment results.
- Continuously monitor progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of leadership development programs and workshops.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
- Facilitate group coaching sessions or workshops when necessary.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with leaders and managers.
- Maintain open lines of communication and ensure confidentiality in all coaching interactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for leaders.
- Track and analyze the impact of coaching on leadership effectiveness and organizational outcomes.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and HR.
- Keep abreast of the latest leadership development trends, coaching methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Seek continuous professional development and stay updated with relevant certifications.
- A degree in HR, education or training.
- Prior experience as a coach, trainer or a similar position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to identify gaps in skills.
- Knowledge of various coaching / teaching methods and approaches.
