Hartley People Recruitment are hiring for an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to join our clients team based in Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organisational skills, a deep understanding of financial processes, and the ability to handle payroll information.This is a 6 month contract.Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable processes: review invoices, process payments, reconcile vendor statements.
Process and verify employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain organised records and generate financial reports.
Collaborate with finance team.
Ad-hoc duties that arise from time to time.

Qualifications:

Experience in AP and payroll processing.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
