- Ensure the smooth operation of our busy office
- Management and development of the admin function.
- Reconciling of bank accounts
- Managing expenses & mileage for the team
- Managing Accounts Payable & Account Receivable
- Ensure statutory compliance, and preparation and filing of returns
- Ensure tax compliance of the business
- Dealing and negotiating with external parties such as auditors, banks, insurers etc.
- Management and continuous development of all business reporting processes, KPIs and related controls
- Commercially aware, understanding and anticipating the needs of both operations mand management
- 2 years + experience within a similar role
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar accounting package
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- High level of efficiency around IT related tasks is essential. We are a technology forward and data driven company utilising the Microsoft suite, Monday.com project management tools, analytics and databases daily.
