- Extensive sales and account management experience (10+ years) in enterprise sales.
- Experience selling into logistics companies but also government agencies/public sector is beneficial
- Experience selling technology, mainly software and used to quota carrying sales compensation.
- Besides English, speaking German is essential
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technological concepts and capable of managing long, complex sales cycles.
- Extensive travel to meet clients and prospects is an integral part of this role
- Experience in using Salesforce
- The successful candidate will understand how to navigate the procurement processes for large government agencies (primarily postal).
- The role will also involve maximizing wallet share with existing customers as well as find new business.
- Self-motivated, driven, and passionate about selling and fostering team culture
