We are recruiting for our client, a prominent contractor seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team in the Blanchardstown area.Preferably, we are seeking candidates with experience working for a main contractor on residential or commercial projects.Key responsibilities for this Document Controller role:

Acting as general office admin support to the Project/Contracts Manager
Using the electronic document management system to control important documents (drawings, drawing register, billing of materials etc.)
Proactive management of the facilities helpdesk, ensuring prompt logging and completion of all requests.
Maintain strong Health & Safety standards
Build and maintain relationships with clients ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements

Experience required for this Document Controller role:

Previous Document Controller/Site Admin experience is required.
2+ years minimum experience Construction Admin role
Building industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.
Ability to work on own initiative
Strong team building skills
Must be familiar with BCar
Experience with experience with Pro Arc, Fusion or COIN’s preferred but not essential
Full EU License as this role may involve occasional travel.
