Purpose of this PositionAs a Product Manager specialising in regulatory and compliance software solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the stringent requirements of the financial industry. Your focus will be on AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, catering to clients in asset wealth management and third-party administration.Job Functions:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Identify customer needs and business objectives related to AML/KYC. Define the product vision and success criteria for regulatory compliance solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn this vision into reality.
  • Scrum Team Management: Lead and manage Scrum teams responsible for product development. Ensure efficient collaboration, alignment, and timely delivery of features. Prioritize tasks based on business impact and customer requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operational requirements to maintain a world-class solution. Monitor system performance, compliance, and security. Address any operational challenges promptly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build buy-in for the product vision among internal teams and external partners. Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Product Development: Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market. Drive successful product launches, including PR coordination.
  • Customer Interaction: Gather feedback from customers to enhance product features. Represent the company by visiting clients and understanding their needs.
Key Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding of the AML/KYC lifecycle process.
  • Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
  • Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Minimum five years' experience working in operational, product management or business analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to be hands-on.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Business Studies, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Hold a valid EU work visa.
