  • Carry out all check-in and check-out services and explain facilities and benefits to out Club Floor Guests in a professional manner
  • Contribute effort to form team work to ensure highest services standards are being maintained
  • Provide professional services and handle guests’ enquiries & complaints
  • Achieve the high level of guest satisfaction with courteous and friendly manner
Welcome to join our Team if you are:
  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Front Office Operation
  • Service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
*** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer. ***Successful candidates can enjoy:
