- Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally
- Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Perform cashiering functions efficiently
- Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times
- Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizable hotels
- Strong leadership and well-organized
- Customer-oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Front Office Officer
