Kerry evokes adaptability by creating a socially stimulating environment.We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor / Front Office Officer based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!As a Front Office Supervisor / Officer, we rely on you to:

Ensure all interactions with guests are handled professionally
Perform check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Perform cashiering functions efficiently
Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times

We are looking for someone who has:

Higher Diploma or above in hospitality management or related disciplines
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience gained in sizable hotels
Strong leadership and well-organized
Customer-oriented, good communications skills and outgoing personality is an advantage
Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Able to work independently and under pressure
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Front Office Officer
