Education Service Controller

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Education Services Department

• Responsible for the management and supervision of five Kindergarten / Day Nurseries

• Be the Committee Secretary and work well with related stake holders to stimulate and formulate educational related policies and programs

• Coordinate and support the good governance of the school management committees, and supervises four affiliated primary and secondary schools to comply with regulatory requirements

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of our educational service development and make suggestions for improvement

• Understand and study social and educational development trend, and formulate proper education policies and procedures to enhance the quality of professional education services

• Establish good relationships with other institutions and seek various resources and cooperation opportunities

• Perform other tasks assigned by CEO

• A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, preferable in Education or equivalent

• At least 15 years' management experience in education service institution or school administration

• Familiar with Education Ordinance and Policies as well as experience in dealing with Education Bureau will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical mind and problem solving skills, proactive, enthusiastic and well organized

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in building a cohesive and professional teaching team

• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin, proficient writing skill
